XM Studios presents their next DC Comics Premium Collectibles statue, The Batman Who Laughs of Dark Nights: Death Metal. Sculpted by digital artist Jesse Sandifer, this piece was also conceptualized by comic book artist Ricardo Federici. With the base depicting his minions on top of crushed skulls.
Standing over them in a triumphant pose, he wears a frightening smile. As he holds his bloody chain with a spiked ball at the end, his visor is worn more like a crown. Combined with Jesse Sandifer’s use of textures, this statue displays unformed skin and muscle sinews and realistic fabric textures.
