PRE-ORDER POLICY - RETURNS - CANCELLATIONS

DUE TO THE LIMITED NATURE OF THE ITEMS WE SELL, WE OFFER OUR BUYERS THE CHANCE TO PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS THAT HAVE YET TO BE RELEASED IN ORDER TO SECURE A CERTAIN ITEM BEFORE ITS RELEASE. 

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ! As of 10/11/2019, all transaction fees are non-refundable.  This is due to the recent changes made by payment processors and the changing of their policies.  Payment processors are no longer refunding fees so we will not be able to refund those fees accordingly. Sorry for the inconvenience.


PRE - ORDER PAYMENT OPTIONS


WE OFFER THREE DIFFERENT WAYS TO PLACE PRE-ORDERS THROUGH OUR SITE:

DEPOSIT OPTION
WITH THIS OPTION, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A DEPOSIT AND THE REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE DUE WHEN THE ITEM IS READY TO SHIP.  IF YOU CANCEL YOUR PAY LATER PRE - ORDER WITHIN 2 DAYS, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.  IF YOU CANCEL AFTER 2 DAYS, THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

PAY IN FULL OPTION
FOR THIS OPTION, YOU ARE CHARGED IN FULL AT TIME OF PURCHASE AND GIVEN A DISCOUNT FOR PAYING IN FULL. 

FLEX PAYMENT OPTION
THIS OPTION ALLOWS FOR AUTOMATIC MONTHLY PAYMENTS TOWARDS AN ITEM.  A DEPOSIT IS DUE WHEN THE ORDER IS PLACED.  DEPOSIT ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

PRE ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSIT ONLY
ALL DEPOSITS MADE ARE CLASSIFIED AS NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ON THE PRODUCT PAGE.

PAY IN FULL
IF A PAY IN FULL ORDER IS CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE ORDER DATE, A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.  IF THE ORDER IS CANCELLED AFTER 24 HOURS, THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT FOR THAT PARTICULAR STATUE WILL BE KEPT, THE REMAINING AMOUNT OF THE ITEM PRICE WILL BE REFUNDED.

FLEXPAY / PAYMENT PLAN
THE INITIAL DEPOSIT FOR A FLEXPAY ORDER IS NON-REFUNDABLE.  ALL SUBSEQUENT PAYMENTS ARE REFUNDABLE.  

STORE CREDIT / GIFT CARDS

Orders paid for with store credit and / or gift cards are non refundable.  

DAMAGED ITEMS / LOST ITEMS / RETURN POLICY

DAMAGED ITEMS

ALL ITEMS SHIPPED FROM SPEC FICTION SHOP ARE INSURED FOR THEIR FULL AMOUNT.  IF ANY ITEM IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT WE WILL FIRST SEEK TO REPLACE THE ITEM AT NO COST TO THE CUSTOMER.  IF THEIR ARE NO REPLACEMENTS, THE CUSTOMER CAN CHOOSE TWO OPTIONS:

OPTION 1
RETURN THE DAMAGED ITEM AND RECEIVE A REFUND IN FULL.

OPTION 2
HAVE THE ITEM PROFESSIONALLY REPAIRED AT NO COST TO THE BUYER

LOST ITEMS
IF AN ITEM IS LOST IN TRANSIT,  A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMER.  

ALL ORDERS ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE

RETURN POLICY

CHANGED MIND

In Stock orders may be returned within 3 days of receiving an item(s).  All items must be in brand new/sealed condition.  A 15% restocking fee will apply.  All ship costs are will be paid by the buyer.  A refund will be sent within 7-10 days of receiving the item back to our warehouse.
