Important Notice – Limited & Pre-Order Items
DUE TO THE LIMITED NATURE OF THE ITEMS WE SELL, WE OFFER OUR BUYERS THE CHANCE TO PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS THAT HAVE YET TO BE RELEASED IN ORDER TO SECURE A CERTAIN ITEM BEFORE ITS RELEASE.
60 Cyber Sale – Final Sale Policy (60% Off Items)
All items purchased during the 60 Cyber Sale, including items discounted 60% and/or offered with free shipping, are considered FINAL SALE.
This includes, but is not limited to:

No returns
-
No exchanges
-
No cancellations
-
No refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, sizing, or display preferences

No after-sales support beyond transit damage or loss claims
Exception – Damage or Loss in Transit (60 Cyber Sale Items Only)
If a 60 Cyber Sale item is confirmed to be damaged or lost during transit, the following terms apply:

60 Cyber Sale items do NOT qualify for replacements under any circumstances

Lost items will be refunded in full if a replacement is not available

Damaged items may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit at our discretion

Repairs are not offered or covered

If the buyer chooses to keep a damaged item and pursue repairs, all repair costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer
By completing a purchase during the 60 Cyber Sale, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms in full.
Transaction Processing Fees
As of October 11, 2019, all transaction processing fees are non-refundable. This policy applies to both pre-order and in-stock orders, as payment processors no longer refund these fees. We are unable to issue refunds for transaction processing fees under any circumstances.
Pre-Order Payment Options
We offer three different payment options for pre-orders:
Deposit Option
You will be charged a deposit at the time of purchase, with the remaining balance due when the item is ready to ship.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Please note: Prices do not include shipping costs unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Pay in Full Option
You pay the full amount at the time of purchase and may receive a discount or Double Rewards for paying in full.
FlexPay Option
You make automatic monthly payments toward the total cost of the item.
A deposit is required when the order is placed.
Deposits are non-refundable.

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
Deposit-Only Orders
All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Pay in Full Orders
The deposit portion is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be refunded.
FlexPay Orders
The initial deposit is non-refundable.
Subsequent payments are refundable.
Moducase Orders
Due to the custom made-to-order nature of Moducase products, all Moducase pre-orders are non-refundable after 7 days from the order date.
Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, deducted from the total order value.
Store Credit / Gift Cards
Orders paid using store credit or gift cards are non-refundable.
Store Credit / Gift Card Usage
Store credit and gift cards cannot be used to purchase items that are already discounted or on sale. These payment methods apply only to full-priced items.
Cancellation Fees
All orders are subject to cancellation fees, including both pre-order and in-stock items.
Transaction processing fees charged by our payment processor are non-refundable for any cancelled order, as these fees are not returned to us.
Damaged Items / Lost Items / Return Policy
Damaged Items (Standard Orders – Non-Sale Items)
All items are insured for their full value during transit.
If your item arrives damaged, Speculative Fiction Collectibles will resolve the issue using the following order of resolution:
Resolution Order

Partial refund, store credit, or professional repair
-
Resolution is determined based on the severity of the damage.

If a professional repair is offered and accepted, all repair-related costs (including labor and parts) will be fully covered by Speculative Fiction Collectibles.

Replacement of parts or full item replacement
-
Replacement parts may be provided when available.
-
A full item replacement may be issued only when an item is extremely damaged or replacement parts are unavailable.

If a repair or replacement option is selected, all associated costs (including parts, labor, and outbound shipping) will be fully covered by Speculative Fiction Collectibles.

Full refund (last resort)

A full refund will be issued ONLY if no replacement parts or full replacements are available.

Buyer Refusal of Replacement
If a replacement or replacement parts are available and the buyer chooses to refuse the replacement and instead requests a return, the following applies:

The return may be accepted at our discretion

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Transaction processing fees remain non-refundable
Lost Items (Standard Orders – Non-Sale Items)
If an item is confirmed lost during transit, we will attempt to provide a replacement.
If a replacement is not available, the order will be refunded in full.
Important Notice for Damage or Loss Claims

You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your item to report damage or loss

Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted

Photographic evidence may be required

60 Cyber Sale items are governed exclusively by the 60 Cyber Sale policy above and do not qualify for replacements
Return Policy (In-Stock Items Only)
Changed Your Mind?
For in-stock items excluding Final Sale / 60 Cyber Sale items, returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Conditions:

Items must be brand-new and sealed

A 20% restocking fee applies

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
-
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after receipt at our warehouse
Additional Terms
Non-Transferability
All orders are non-transferable. The purchaser may not transfer ownership or rights to another individual.
